United Taxi's owner-drivers participate in a three-part program including classroom lectures and discussion, presentations, and videos relating to passenger assistance. United Taxi's "hands-on" approach integrates classroom instruction with practical situations, with professional trainers teaching consideration and safe assistance techniques for physically-challenged passengers.
